Refunds & Returns

Here at Plushie Shop your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to delivering the highest quality products, and if, for any reason, you are not fully content with your purchase, we’re here to help!

If you wish to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order, we are pleased to assist you with a refund or exchange. Please make sure the returned items meet the following criteria:

  • The items must be returned within 14 days of arrival.
  • The items should be in their original, unaltered condition with all original tags attached.

Return Process

  1. Email our team at [email protected] or use our online contact form here stating your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for returning (defective item, size issue, unwanted, or unopened item).
  2. Package the item in its original packaging.
  3. Follow our provided return address instructions received via email.
  4. Once our team receives your return, we will initiate the refund process, which may take up to 10 working days from the date of receipt.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and meet the specified conditions. Please note that the return cost is non-refundable, and a 5% processing & handling fee applies to all refunds unless you opt for an exchange.

Returning an Unwanted Item

Unwanted items cannot be returned after 14 days of receiving them and should remain undamaged and unused. You are required to arrange a courier for covering return shipping costs. We recommend using a recorded mail service for returns to ensure their safe arrival. We can not be held responsible for any items are lost during the return transit.

Defective or Damaged Item

If an item arrives damaged, please notify us via email within 5 business days of receipt. Include your order number, product name, and attach clear photos of the damaged items. Wait for our instructions before returning the item. We will cover return shipping costs for valid defective claims, provided the recommended postage service is used.

Cancellation

Cancellations are subject to a 5% bank processing & handling fee for each canceled item and can only be requested within 6 hours of your order time. After this time, your order is being prepared for shipment. If you wish to return the goods for a refund or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items.

Receiving a Faulty Item

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us with your Order ID, item name, and clear photos of the fault. Keep the item until we advise you on the next steps.

Received the Wrong Item

If you’ve received the wrong item, please send us your Order ID and a full-length photo of the incorrect item.

Parcel Not Arrived

Contact us if your order has still not arrived after 90 business days and we will provide a full refund. Please understand that delivery times are beyond our control.

Lost Parcels

If your tracking information indicates successful delivery but you haven’t received your items, we will investigate the issue. While we do not provide refunds for lost items, we may offer a reshipment once the investigation is complete.
