Returns

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot provide refunds on gift cards or specially requested items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Orders Not Received

We will not deal with the refund or resend your order if the tracking information shows the order is delivered or any of the tracking alerts below.

a. If you do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with official seal is necessary.

b. Tracking Information Alert. The tracking information shows Alert, the reasons are listed as below:

a) Incorrect/insufficient Address.

b) No Such Number.

c) Unknown recipient.

d) Refused.

e) Do not pick up in time.

f) No safe delivery location.

g) Uncleared customs.

h) Others.

Notes:

a. The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, You will need to pick up the package by yourself. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, our logistics company. During the return, we take no responsibility if products have been lost.

b. We cannot offer refund or resend if you don’t process the undelivered order or the package is destroyed by logistics companies.

Customs & Taxes for EU, US & Canadian Customers

In accordance with your local regulations, customs or import taxes may be applicable to your order, depending on your country’s policies. Please be aware that these charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees, and they are the responsibility of the recipient.
