Import duties and taxes
UK orders: the price at checkout is the total you pay.
Orders outside the UK may be charged import duties, taxes (such as VAT) and carrier handling fees by your country when the parcel arrives. These are set by your local customs, are not included in our prices or delivery charges, and are paid by you. If you refuse to pay them, the parcel may be returned or destroyed: see section 10 of our Terms & Conditions.
Order not arrived?
