Why This Long Chubby Plushie Belongs on your Bed

There’s something about the way this Shiba Plushie flops into place that just feels right. Maybe it’s the way its chubby belly sinks into the mattress when you use it as a pillow, or how its stitched smile seems to peek out from under your arm during movie nights. It’s the kind of plushie that becomes part of your daily routine, propped on the sofa for lazy Sundays, tucked into bed for company, or perched on a shelf where its fuzzy face can greet you when you walk in. The black and brown options mean there’s one to match any space, whether you’re adding to a collection of Shiba Plushies or starting a new obsession. And with that premium filling and durable fabric, it’s built to stay as soft as the day you brought it home.

Long Chubby Shiba Plushie: the Gift That Feels Like a Hug

Picture their face when they peel back the wrapping paper and find this chubby Shiba grinning up at them. They’ll run their hands over that ultra-soft fur first, then squish its belly to test the fluffiness (it passes). By the time they notice the tiny stitched paws and that mischievous black nose, they’re already hooked. It’s the kind of gift that lives on beds, not shelves, something they’ll reach for after a tough day or laugh about when it topples over mid-nap. Whether it’s for a Shiba Inu fanatic or someone who just needs more cozy in their life, this plushie doesn’t just sit there looking cute. It becomes part of the story.

Please note that measurements may vary slightly (1-3cm) due to the nature of PP cotton’s expansion and compression.

Washing Your Plushie

All our plushies are washing machine friendly and easy to take care of. Here is our handy guide on how to wash your plushie.

  1. Use the most gentle cycle available on your washing machine
  2. Wash your plushie in cold water using a very mild detergent
  3. If you wish to disinfect your plushie use warm water or look at a laundry sanitizer which is safe on both whites and colours, unlike chlorine bleach.
  4. If your plushie is small enough to fit in a duvet cover or laundry mesh bag this will also work great. We also recommend padding the drum of your washing machine with towels to add another layer of protection.
  5. The most effective way to dry your plushie will be air-drying. To help fluff up the fur once the plushie as reached the just-damp stage try using a hairdryer tuned on low heat.

Removing wrinkles/lumps on your Plushie

We stock all shapes and sizes of plushies and some are very large. To allow us to ship our products a low price to the UK we sometimes vacuum pack them. Therefore, they may have lumps and wrinkles when you first take them out of their packaging. But don’t worry – naturally these wrinkles will ease out the longer your plushie is out of the bag. On average they return to normal within 2-3 days. You can always give it a good shake and pat down to let the lumps ease out too.
